Coconut Sugar is a great tasting, mineral rich, low GI (35), cane sugar alternative, produced from organic coconut palm nectar. It is certified organic, minimally processed and has not been filtered, giving it a rich toffee-like flavour.
Can be used 1:1 as a replacement for brown sugar in any recipe, suitable for baking.
